Assembly Required: Self-assembly with simple tools by the customer with help instructions video tutorial, tool, and required parts. Required parts come with a Bed. Required Tool during Assemble: Wrench – Size – 21-22 or Adjustable Spanner Wrench, Nut – 8 or 4 (Come with Bed)
Warranty: 1-year warranty from termite. The customer should get in contact with Royal Finish Furniture Team for manufacturing defect time of delivery within 10 days.
Packaging: 4 layer packaging, 1 layer cloth packaging, 2 layer bubble layer, and 1 layer carton box packaging after that complete box tied by a rope
Note: Bed Box will come in plywood, if customers want in MDF, they have to contact with Royal Finish Team. MDF extra charges will be applied.
Transporation: Mostly We Use Safe express, Delhivery Prime Service for transportation, which have very good service all over India. In a case where safe express not available, we use Delhivery and Rivigo service.
