Delivery Timeline
- Production: 2–3 working days after order confirmation
- Delivery: 1–2 working days after production
- Total estimated time: 3–5 working days

Delivery Process
Our team will call you to schedule a delivery slot. You or a trusted person must be present to receive the furniture. For large items (beds, wardrobes), our delivery team will assist with basic assembly at no extra charge within the NEAR zone.
Inspection at Delivery
Please inspect the furniture at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or defects must be reported to the delivery person and photographed immediately. Damage claims after the delivery team leaves may not be entertained.
