Cancellation
You may cancel your order by calling us at +91 94626 82335:
- Before production begins: Full advance refund within 5–7 working days.
- After production begins (within 24 hours of order): 50% of advance is refundable.
- After 24 hours / production complete: Advance is non-refundable as the furniture has been custom-made.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- Razorpay payments: 5–7 business days (as per Razorpay refund policy)
- UPI/QR payments: 3–5 business days to your UPI account
Damaged / Defective Products
If your furniture arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace the item at no charge. This does not cover normal wood variations.
No Returns
Since all items are custom-crafted to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or size/colour mismatch if the product matches the ordered specifications.
