Payment Plans

We offer two flexible payment options:

• Token Advance: Pay ₹1,000 (single item) or ₹2,000 (set / multiple items) now as a booking advance. The remaining amount is collected on delivery (Cash on Delivery).
• Full Advance (15% OFF): Pay the full order amount upfront and receive a 15% discount on the product subtotal. No COD amount due on delivery.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking
• Direct QR (UPI): Scan the QR code on the order confirmation page and submit your UPI reference number

Payment Security

All online payments are processed by Razorpay — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We do not store any card data. Razorpay uses bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once the advance payment is verified. For QR payments, verification may take up to 2 hours during business hours (10 AM – 7 PM). Razorpay payments are confirmed instantly.

Failed Payments

If a Razorpay payment fails or is declined, you can retry from the order page or use the direct QR option. Any amount debited for a failed transaction is auto-refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
