1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for products that are:

    • Damaged in transit

    • Defective

    • Different from what was ordered

  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-4 business days.
